To run your visits and bookings, manage your pet’s health record, send appointment reminders and receipts, respond to your messages, comply with veterinary and legal requirements in the UAE, and improve our services.
Only the Dogventure team that needs it to do their job. We do not sell your data. Payment is processed by Stripe; their privacy policy applies to that data. Webcam footage from boarding rooms is private to you.
Health records are kept for as long as your pet is a client and for the period required by UAE veterinary regulations. Marketing data is kept until you ask us to remove it.
You can ask us to send you a copy of the data we hold, correct anything that’s wrong, or delete data we no longer need. WhatsApp or email us — we will respond within seven days.
We use only the cookies needed to run this website (session, security, basic analytics). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
